Buko -Mango Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 cups ripe large sweet mangoes
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup nestle cream
- 1 jar kaong, white
- young coconut meat from 4 buko, must be young buko/coconut
- 1 cup evaporated milk
PROCEDURE:
- cut the mango into cubes. shred the young coconut.
- mix together the cream, condensed and evaporated milk.
- place everything in a large bowl & toss together.
- chill for At-least 1 hour before serving.
