Buko -Mango Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 cups ripe large sweet mangoes
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup nestle cream
  • 1 jar kaong, white
  • young coconut meat from 4 buko, must be young buko/coconut
  • 1 cup evaporated milk


PROCEDURE:

  1. cut the mango into cubes. shred the young coconut.
  2. mix together the cream, condensed and evaporated milk.
  3. place everything in a large bowl & toss together.
  4. chill for At-least 1 hour before serving.
