STEAMED EGG CAKES
INGREDIENTS:
Egg Mixture:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
Flour Mixture:
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
METHOD:
- Lightly beat the eggs, add in sugar, milk, oil and condensed milk. Pls ensure that each ingredient is being together before adding the next one.
- Mixed the baking powder & the all purpose flour. Add the mixture into the egg mixture & gently stirred until the mixture for spongy effect.
- steam in hot boiling water for 15 mins.
- Wait until cook.
SERVE WHEN IT IS ALREADY COLD. ENJOY 👌😉👍
