STEAMED EGG CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

Egg Mixture:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
Flour Mixture:
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour

METHOD:

  1. Lightly beat the eggs, add in sugar, milk, oil and condensed milk. Pls ensure that each ingredient is being together before adding the next one.
  2. Mixed the baking powder & the all purpose flour. Add the mixture into the egg mixture & gently stirred until the mixture for spongy effect.
  3. steam in hot boiling water for 15 mins.
  4. Wait until cook.
SERVE WHEN IT IS ALREADY COLD. ENJOY 👌😉👍
